Abstract:

This seminer is focusing on the global trends in supply chain management starting from 80’s and defines the new set of rules on the way to supply chain excellence. The seminer will start with defining what is the trends from the consumer point of view and will follow with the changing supply chain dynamics for the future trends.

Short Bio of Alper Ayhan:

Having received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University, Alper joined the Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) in 2005 as Demand and Supply Planner. After managing various projects and building his expertise in Demand and Supply including Gillette integration he then became Initiatives Manager leading top-tier initiatives and new product launches in Turkey. Before joiningPMI, Alper was holding the position of P&G Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMEA) Category Supply Planning Manager based in Geneva. In this regional capacity, Alper was responsible for the supply of leading male and female beauty care products as well as transportation and warehousing studies for expansion projects in his region. Alper has moved from Geneva to Izmir and become a member of Philsa as of January, 2011. Alper Ayhan is leading Export Operations for Philsa since 2012.
